Welcome to BAI Connect! We are the internet provider for your building. This guide will help you connect to your new internet service, Rover, our exclusive Wi-Fi solution that allows your own personal Wi-Fi network to “follow” you across the property. No reconnecting needed!
ONBOARDING
You will receive an email confirmation via email and SMS (text) when you have been added to the new Wi-Fi system. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox. The email will come from no-reply-rover-wifi@baiconnect.com.
If you do not receive an email or text, please reach out to your property team to ensure they have your correct contact info and have them reassign your service.
CONNECT YOUR DEVICES
From your device, select the network name listed in the welcome email and text. This will be the property address followed by “Lorenzo WiFi”. Use your unique password as provided. For most devices, connection set up is in Wi-Fi settings or system/network preferences.
PASSWORD SUPPORT & PORTAL ACCESS
You can view and reset your password and get a QR code for easy device onboarding in the Rover portal. To access the portal, click on the BAI Rover Wi-Fi link in your welcome email, referenced in “Onboarding” above. Then click Access Your Portal. In the portal, click the buttons to the right of the Wi-Fi passphrase to view the passphrase, get a QR code, or reset the passphrase. You can also get assistance from BAI Connect or your property team.
