I recently had internet installed by Andrew J., and the experience was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and efficient, completing the installation quickly while ensuring everything was set up correctly. Andrew also took the time to explain the setup and troubleshoot any questions I had. Overall, great service and highly recommended!

100% recommend! The internet is fast and the setup process is smooth. Jesus helped me with the installation on my move-in day, and he’s the best!!! During the installation he explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. He even helped me unwrap my couch while we wait for the router to activate. His friendly and professional service made my day.

Technical support at the house is as good as they come. Andrew J. came to my home at the agreed upon time, quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue without delay. Unfortunately the telephone support that preceded the house visit couldn't have been any worse. It took no fewer than three phone calls over a 24-hour period, each with prolonged waits on hold, before I was even able to schedule the service visit.

I recently had Andrew install my TV and set up my WiFi, and I was really impressed. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. I have never had a better internet provider. Since starting service, I've never had an outage. I am blown away at how prompt I get a reply when working with a rep (literal seconds!!), they were able to install SAME DAY as I inquired, not to mention the price is absolutely unbeatable. You'd be so silly to not switch to BAI if it's available at your home!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Miguel’s support. He kept me informed about my appointment time and arrived exactly as scheduled. Despite encountering a few issues, his expertise shined through as he resolved everything while keeping me updated, even though I didn’t understand all the technical terms. After the installation, Miguel walked me through the entire app step by step, even the troubleshoot section to help me avoid spending time on phone with support in the future.
